Beginners Umpiring Course
I am doing a beginners umpiring course on the 13th July at Warton. If anyone is interested in doing this one through Lancs then please fill the application in and send it to me. There are quite a few doing the Fylde one in Sept so there are not enough places to be able to do all. So if you really want to umpire then I suggest you do this one. Teams: Don't forget that you must have a training or trained umpire for next year. 3Bs, Rugby Club, Cube, Dunes, Flactem 2, Fleetwood Juniors, Fylde Foxes, Hesketh House, Lorenzo's, 21st Century Windows, Dolphins, Northern Blue, Peelers, Phoenix, Singleton, Splash, Springfield's, Think Pink, Tigers, Ward Heating as yet don't appear to have put in for the course or have a registered umpire. Stanley Park courts have been completed but a vote was taken at the last committee meeting (4 June 2008) to remain at the Palatine Courts for the Summer Season and start back at the new courts at Stanley Park for the Winter Season. The committee felt this was the best course of action as the courts / umpires etc have already been organised. (Posted: 16/06/08)

I would like to thank all those ladies who turned up on Saturday to play for my C course. Without you all it would have been a lot harder than it was. I think we all had a bit of a shock that day. To come and give up your sat afternoon and play for 3hrs or more was brill. I cannot thank you all enough for your support. Hassra Tournament
HASSRA Fylde Netball team would like to thank Hilary, Fran, Sarah, Catherine, Bonny & Pauline for umpiring the Hassra National Netball Championships which were held at Stanley Park on Friday June 13th.
